The following information is for mail order
from me. I always welcome visits to view my collection, but
please email me beforehand to arrange for a meeting.
HOW TO GO ABOUT ORDERING
First, please view the plants that are on
sale now in the Marketplace link. I will put up only
good-quality plants for sale, and many are extras from my own
collection. In addition, all plants offered are mature,
flowering-size specimens unless otherwise noted.
However, from time to time, I do have a few
odd plants for sale, which I have not had time to put up on
the Marketplace - so please email me to confirm availability
before ordering. I will let you know if the plants you want
are still available.
After the order is confirmed, I will label
your plants and set them aside for you until payment has
arrived. Sorry, but I will only send plants out after
receiving payment. I would prefer cash sent in mail (register
the envelop to increase security), or if you'd prefer, telegraphic
(wire) transfer is also accepted. For the latter, please email
me personally to acquire my account details.

An email will be sent to you notifying you
of receipt of payment, and the plants will be sent out the
very next day by air mail.

HOW THE PLANTS ARE SENT :
Most plants are sent bare-root, and wrapped
in a ball of live long-fibred sphagnum moss.
Most of the substrate is washed off and the
plant is sprayed with mild, CP-safe fungicide prior to
shipping. Roots are wrapped with moist sterile paper towels
and placed in tied bags to maintain humidity.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
This guarantee does not cover places or
times of extreme climates like frost and drought, so it is
your responsibility to inform me of a suitable time to send
the order out. All credit have to be claimed within 2 months
of my confirmation letter authorizing you to receive your
guaranteed credit. Any attempt to claim such credit thereafter
will be considered void. No refund in cash, in any
circumstances, will be offered.
Lastly, plants that have left my hands are
out of reach of our control, therefore I cannot be held liable
should any parcel get lost in the mail, which is very rare in
fact. The live arrival guarantee does not hold true for the
following delicate species :
Aldrovanda vesiculosa
aquatic Utricularias (Eg. U.aurea)
Byblis liniflora and Byblis gigantea
