Below are some photos of my own collection, ranging from 6
(!!) years ago all the way to today. The thumbnails are
expandable, and clicking on the thumbnail will open the
full-sized picture in a new window. Have fun with these!

A small CP corner on my
balcony. Yellow rack - top shelf: flytraps, middle
shelf: Drosera, Bottom shelf: germinating seeds. Red
rack: top shelf: Sarracenia, middle shelf: Sarracenia
seedlings, bottom shelf: Nepenthes. Pots of Nepenthes on
the right. |

Racks in the garden, mostly
Sarracenia, with a pot of Byblis, some flytraps and
Drosera as well. If you expand the image you'll see a
small transparent glass refridgerator in the background
- that houses my Darlingtonia. The Mermaid statue in the
foreground was a nice touch, courtesy of my mom. =) |

A snapshot of my orchid racks.
OK, that was what is was at least. Now more than half
the rack's taken over by Nepenthes! You can see a
N.maxima pitcher right behind the Paphiopedilum barbatum
flower. |

3 aquatic Utricularia tubs in
the garden. The plastic one (on the left) houses
U.vulgaris, while the clay tub (on the right) contains
Aldrovanda, U.aurea and some really sad-looking lily
plants. The clay tub is actually a modified pot - I
filled the drainage holes in with loads of silicone glue
and cured the tub for 1 month before using it. The tall
tub in the background is also a modified pot, and holds
U.aurea (Malaysian variety) and U.gibba.
And wait! What's the bird-like creature in the large
cage? Yes, you've seen it right, it's a peacock I've
kept since it was a chick 5 years ago. |
I will try to take more better-quality shots of my
collection, and post them here.
